PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption of a gate current by generating three or more control gate signals of a bidirectional thyristor, and displacing the gate signals in time-series manner. CONSTITUTION:Clockwise and counterclockwise drive circuits 12, 13 of a motor and drive circuits 14, 15 of water supply solenoid valve are composed of bidirectional thyristors, and controlled to be driven by output signals from the output ports PA-PD of a microcomputer 1. The microcomputer 1 has input terminals from a resetter 16 and a clock oscillator 17. In this case, a 4-bit parallel output shift register 8 is provided to generate pulses of a period T not superposed at timing from the output terminals QA-QD. AND circuits 20-23 of the pulses and the outputs from the ports PA-PD are provided, and its logic product outputs are respectively input to the drive circuits 12-15. Thus, the current consumption of the gate becomes approx. 1/4 to reduce the power con sumption. |
