PURPOSE:To speed up a processing in a radio base station by expanding a range processed by the judgement of the radio base station in the connection of radio lines by the radio base station so as to decentralize the processing of line control in a center station and the radio base station. CONSTITUTION:In accessing a mobile station 4 (MSS), the center station 1 (MCS) collects periodically the information for line control required between the center station and the radio base station, such as idle line information, code information of connected (busy) line and mobile body and reception level information from radio base stations MBS1-MBSn by means of polling. Then the collected information is edited as the line control information in a form utilized easily by each radio base station. Then the said edited information is informed periodically to all the radio base stations in the form of multiple address communication through control lines P-CH, A-CH, C-CH and D-CH. Each radio base station forms the operation mode under which the own station is to be operated based on the multiple address information and applies line connection processing by the judgement unique to the said base station in accessing the mobile station 4. |
