发明名称 METHOD OF CONTROLLING AIR-FUEL RATIO OF THE INTERNAL-COMBUSTION ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress the fluctuation in the output power of an engine, the fuel for which is increased when the engine is idled and its temperature is high, by gradually reducing the increase in the quantity of the fuel immediately after the engine is shifted from an idled state into a movement state. CONSTITUTION:When it is detected by a water temperature sensor 20 that the temperature of an engine in an idled state is higher than a prescribed level, the quantity of fuel injected from a fuel injection valve 16 is increased. When the engine is in a prescribed operation state and a vehicle is moving, the air-fuel ratio is controlled to be small. If the injected quantity of the fuel is increased at the high temperature of the engine immediately before the engine is shifted from theidled state into a vehicle movement state, the increase in the qyantity of the fuel is gradually reduced to zero immediately after the engine is shifted as mentioned above. A shock is thus prevented when the engine is shifted as mentioned above.
