CONSTITUTION:An REAM 2 that records a picture, an ROM 3 that stores a program etc., a transmission controlling section 4 that controls transmission and the receiving of a picture and the interface 5 of peripheral instrument are connected to a CPU 1. After setting a telephone circuit to other picture forming devices by a telephone set 8, the circuit is switched to the body side of the picture forming device by a switching unit 7. An operator forms and corrects a picture making dialog by a keyboard 9 while watching a CRT 11. At this time, initially formed or received picture is indicated in an ordinary color (white) and parts for which the additional correction or deletion is made are indicated in the specified color (red or green).
