PURPOSE:To set and change the contents of indication and to indicate the details of the contents by storing the contents of indication by the special number of extension and providing a means, that indicates the details of the contents. CONSTITUTION:When the content of indication is dialed by a telephone set 13, a central controlling unit 1 registers code in a memory 2 basing on received extension code and the content of indication code, and at the same time, sends out the code to the indication controlling device 9 of each terminal side. The controlling device 9 stores the inputted code in the corresponding area of a memory 93, and reads out it periodically, and sends out the contents of indica tion code of the extension to an indicating device 14. The indicating device 14 renews the contents of a memory 145 according to the received extension code and contents of indication code, and sets this code to an indicating section 141. Accordingly, for instance, presence/absence is indicated in the indicating device 14 corresponding to extension number, and as the details of the content, business trip, short time out etc. are indicated. |
