PURPOSE:To actuate simultaneously a system control function and an off-line function with the high efficiency by forming a subnetwork between terminal equipments in response to an original application purpose for a terminal equipment which is not used by a system control part. CONSTITUTION:Primary commands supplied by an operator includes a device control command which decides a specific device that is put under the control of a control part 1, an image input command for fectching the image signal to the RAM of the part 1 and a pass mode command which performs the transfer of image signals with no intervention of the part 1. A network 85 is formed via transceivers 90-94 for each device which is separated from the part 1. Then the information is exchanged among devices according to a prescribed protocol.
