PREPARATION:The objective compound can be prepared from the plants such as CHIYU (root of Sanguisorba officinalis), URAJIROGASHI (bark of Quercus salicina), KEIHI (bark of Cinnamon cassia), KINAHI (bark of Cinchona succirubra), MEHIRUGI (bark of Kandelia candel), KURIJUHI (bark of Castanea crenata), etc., by extracting with aqueous acetone, separating the aqueous solution with ethyl acetate, and purifying the ethyl acetate layer by column chromatography. |
