发明名称 INK DOT PRINTER
摘要 PURPOSE:To cause a fixed amount of ink to fly continuously even when needles are operated continuously by forming the tip of a needle into a recessed form in such a way as to enable ink to rapidly spread over the tip of the needle when the needle is restored into ink film. CONSTITUTION:Needles 24 are 9 in number, for example, and a recessed portion 24b is formed on the face 24a of the tip 34 of the needle 24. When a magnet is electrically energized, ink is pulled up to a slit 31 between poles 30 to form an ink film 32, and the needle 24 to form dots are projected toward a recording paper 12. The projecting energy of the needle 24 is received by ink 43 for its flying, and however, comparatively great amount of ink 43 is arrested in the recessed portion 24b formed on the tip 34 of the needle 24 and flied off because of the presence of the recessed portion 24b. Also, since the tip 34 is exposed to electric field from a power source 54, the ink 43 adhered to the tip 34 of the needle 24 coming near the electrode 47 is flied toward the electrode 47 by the force of the electric field to form dots on the surface of the recording paper 12. Also, since the recessed portion 24b is formed on the tip 34 of the needle 24, a flying energy can be effectively provided for ink when the needle is operated and the ink can be smoothly spread over the tip 34 when being restored.
