PURPOSE:To improve sensitivity and lower natural vibration by providing concavities outside of the bottom face (minor side) of a cylindrical case having trapezoidal sectional form, sticking a piezo-electric magnetic vibrator inside, and sealing major side with a blocking member. CONSTITUTION:A piezo-electric magnetic vibrator 1 is stuck on inside of the bottom face 2a of minor-side side of a cylindrical case 2 having trapezoidal sectional form, and plural concavities 2b on outside. A resonant ring 3 and a silicone resin spacer 5 are bonded on major-side side of the cylindrical case 2 by elastic bond 6 and sealed. A terminal board 4 having lead wire terminals 8a, 8b is pressure welded to the silicone resin spacer 5. Lead wires 7a, 7b are bonded to the piezo-electric magnetic vibrator 1 and case 2. Thus, effective diameter of the bottom face 2a becomes larger, and sensitivity is increased and natural vibration is lowered. Further, resin is poured and solidified in con cavities 2a to make frequency control easy. |
