PURPOSE:To facilitate mechanical holding by using a lead-out wire, by strongly connecting the lead-out wire, which is connected to an electrode, to an oxygen ion conductor. CONSTITUTION:Through-holes 2 each having a diameter of 0.3mm are formed to green sheets 11, 12 by punching and a conductive paste comprising a platinum/rhodium alloy is printed on the through-holes 2 in the surface side of both green sheets 11, 12 to form through-hole conductors 3. Thick film leads 4 are also formed to the back sides of both green sheets in the same way. The leading end of platinum lead-out wire 5 of a terminal part 4 are processed into a rectangular cross-sectional shape to be placed to the lead 4 and a green sheet 13 is superposed thereon while both green sheets 11, 13 are laminated to hold one terminal of the platinum wire 5 between the green sheets 11, 13 and the thick film lead 4 and the leading end of the platinum wire 5 are embedded in the green sheets by pressing force. The same operation is performed with respect to green sheets 12, 14 and both sheets are laminated to hold the other platinum lead-out wire 5. The laminated sheets 11, 13 and 12, 14 are laminated and again pressed to obtain a molded body of an oxygen ion conductor 1 and the lead-out wires and the ion conductors are bonded mechanically and strongly. |
