PURPOSE:To eliminate supplying the fluidized material by providing the cyclon type separator at the part of the freeboard. CONSTITUTION:A cyclon type separator 9 is composed of an outer cylinder 13, an inner cylinder 14, an inlet pipe 15 and a discharging mechanism 16. The exhaust gas after combustion from the exhaust gas generation furnace 5 are sent to a plenum chamber 6, and are blowing off from a multi-hole plate 7, which make fluidized material 8 being fluidized to form a fluidized bed. The exhaust gas made fluidized material 8 fluidized, are containing the fluidized material 8 being splashed from the fluidized bed, reach the part of the freeboard 10, and they flow from an inlet pipe 15 into inside of the outer cylinder 13 in a tangential direction under whirling motion passing through the space between the outer cylinder 13 and the inner cylinder 14, and are moving downward from the upper part. The fluidized material contained in the exhaust gas are pushed out to the interior wall of the outer cylinder 13 and are dropping down the lower discharging mechanism 16 then, they are dropping down further onto the fluidized bed directly from the lower out side of outer cylinder 13. The exhaust gas separated from the fluidized material 8, are turning round at the lower end part 14a, passing through the space between a reaction pipe 2 and the inner cylinder 14, then extracted to the next process, for instance, a gas turbine or the like. |
