PURPOSE:To obtain an intermediate frequency output even when the ratio of an RF signal frequency, a local oscillation signal and an intermediate frequency is 3:2:1, by providing an intermediate frequency short RF signal local oscillation signal open circuit and an RF signal local oscillation signal short intermediate frequency open circuit to a balanced type mixer. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate frequency short RF signal local oscillation signal open circuit using a capacitor C, a tip open line 8 and a tip short-circuit line 9 is provided to the 90 deg. hybrid side of two diodes 3, and the RF signal local oscillation signal short intermediate frequency open circuit 6 using the capacitor C, the tip open line 8 the tip short circuit line 9 is provided to one side of the diodes 3. Thus, the RF signal and the local oscillation signal are fed to diodes D1, D2 without being short-circuited between the 90 deg. hybrid and the two diodes 3 and the generated intermediate frequency is obtained all from an output terminal.
