PURPOSE:To offer the thermostatic device having excellent temperature distribution uniformity for each sample room by a method wherein an opening end of a duct connected to a fresh air intake port in the thermostatic device is extended to the vicinity of a blower. CONSTITUTION:A duct D is connected to a fresh air intake port 8, an opening end D0 of the duct D is formed to be extended to the vicinity of a blower 3 of an air conditioned room 4. In case that the opening end D0 of the duct D is located at the central part of the blower 3, the dispersion of the temperature distribution in a thermostatic device is minimized. An outdoor air introduced into the air conditioned room 4 is sucked from left and right sides of the blower 3 under excellent balanced condition, the temperature distribution in the sample room can be improved exceedingly.
