PURPOSE:To reduce mixed bubbles and to reduce the necessary time of mixing by mixing 2 kinds of liqs. at least one of which has conparatively high viscosity under reduced pressure, and defoaming the liq. by agitation while keeping the reduced pressure atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A liq. A is charged into a liq. A supply part 11, and a liq. B is charged into a liq. B supply part 12. An opening and closing valve 16 is opened before a vacuum pump is driven, and the inside of a vessel 10 is evacuted. When the spe- cified reduced-pressure atmosphere is obtained, valves 14 and 15 are opened, and the liq. A and the liq. B are introduced into the vessel 10 in a specified ratio. After specified amts. of the liq. A and the liq. B are introduced, the valves 14 and 15 are closed, a motor 17 is driven, and the liq. A and the liq. B are agitated by an agitation impeller 19 while keeping the reduced-pressure atmosphere. Consequently, the foam mixed in the liq. A and the liq. B in an initial state is expanded and burst, and the liq. is defoamed. The liq. mixture of the defoamed liq. A and the liq. B is discharged to the outside of the vessel 10, after the pressure in the vessel 10 is retured to the atmospheric pressure and a valve 21 is opened. |
