摘要 PURPOSE:To analyze the stress of a perforated plate under its creeping state by using both a device for calculating the elastic characteristics of an equivalent solid plate and a device for calculating creeping characteristics. CONSTITUTION:When the creeping characteristics of a base metal forming the perforated plate 11 is expressed by the equation I, that of an equivalent solid plate 13 is expressed by the equation II. In this case, epsilonc and sigma are the creeping constants of the base metal, epsilonc* and sigma* are the creeping distortion and stress of the equivalent solid plate 13 and A* is the creeping constant of the solid plate 13. When the ligament constant efficiency of the perforated plate 11 is eta, the creeping constant A* of the solid plate 13 is determined by the equation III. Namely, when the hole arrangement of the perforated plate 11 is determined, the ligament efficiency eta(i) is determined, and when the material and structure of the porous plate 11 are determined, the creeping constants A(i), n(i) of the base metal are determined. The stress of the solid plate 13 can be found out by using the determined A*(i) and finally the stress around the circular holes can be found out.
