PURPOSE:To permit low NOx by increasing of premixing rate by a method wherein an inner cylinder body having a premixing duct and swirlar is provided to the base part of an outer cylinder body. CONSTITUTION:High pressure air flows to respective vent holes from an air path 5 as air jet, further, flows to the inner cylinder 4 and cooling path 7 and premixes with fuel of a main injection nozzle 11. The part of the high pressure air flows by whirling into the said inner cylinder 4 for the swirlar and it is premixed with the fuel of a pilot injection nozzle 9. The air for combustion premixed with the fuel of the main injection nozzle 11 is the premixing of about 70-80%, therefore, almost of all fuel may be premixed by the premixing of about 30-70% in the air of the pilot injection nozzle 9. Reducing of NOx is achieved by increasing the premixing rate of the main nozzle 11. The amount of the fuel of the main injection nozzle is expected of the premixing of about 20-30%. |
