PURPOSE:To cure uniformly the whole of a core material of a barn flooring, etc. by immersing the heated core material into a thermosetting resin paste, and dipping the material on whose surface the paste is sufficiently deposited into the melt of a fluid salt. CONSTITUTION:A core material of a barn flooring, etc. is heated and then immersed into a paste of thermosetting resin such as polyvinyl chloride, etc. The material on whose surface the paste is sufficiently deposited is immersed into the fused salt obtained by heating and melting a mixed salt consisting essentially of potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate, and the resin is cured. Consequently, the whole of said core material can be uniformly cured. The dripping, etc. of the paste is never caused even when a thick coating is applied, and a coating having uniform thickness can be formed.
