PURPOSE:To execute satisfactorily a curved surface welding by keeping an interval of a weld zone and a welding wire tip constant, by installing as one body a guide lever, etc. which contact to the surface of a member to be welded and move, to a wire nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A position relation of a guide lever 9 and a wire nozzle 6 is adjusted in advance so that a welding wire 4 can be supplied appropriately to a welding scheduled part 11, when the guide lever 9 has contacted to members to be welded W1, W2 which have been held by a chuck 1, and thereafter, a wire nozzle holding base 8 is moved along a guide body 7, and the guide lever 9 is made to contact to the members to be welded W1, W2. After a molten pool 11 has been formed by generating an arc, welding is executed by supplying the welding wire 4 from the wire nozzle 6. By a welding device operated in this way, welding can be executed satisfactorily with regard to a welding member having a dispersion in its surface shape, too. |
