PURPOSE:To maintain the clean air condition in a sanitary installation room by a method wherein the operation of a stool sanitary ware and a washstand is automatically controlled. CONSTITUTION:An air inside of a a sanitary installation room A is continuously maintained under clean condition by supplying the clean air through an air filter a3. With a control device operated by a sensing signal from a sensing part B5 for human body detection and a sensing signal of a photoelectric sensor for an operator's hand touched by changing-over operation, following each operation is controlled, that is, precleaning of a toilet stool B, discharging of odor, cleaning of the private parts, bidet cleaning, drying of the private parts, discharging of filth out of the toilet stool B, operation stopping of an air ventilating device after designated time passing. An operation for each device in a washstand C is automatically controlled by the sensing signal from a sensing part C5. Then a used water is discharged, washed hands are dried, the air in bowl part C3 is discharged, the operation of those devices is stopped after delay time passing. |
