New substituted phenylpiperazine derivatives of the formula I <IMAGE> (I) in which R1 and R2 have the indicated meaning, and their physiologically tolerated salts and a process for their preparation are described. The compounds exhibit sedative and aggression-inhibiting effects on livestock. Furthermore, compounds of the formula I' <IMAGE> (I') in which n, A, R2, R3 and R4 have the indicated meanings, and their physiologically tolerated salts are claimed for the sedation and inhibition of aggression of livestock. |
