PURPOSE:To correct complementarily a capacitance generated among wire patterns due to a capacitance given between a fine strip pattern and the wire patterns by forming the fine strip pattern adjacent to the wire patterns. CONSTITUTION:The fine strip patterns F0, F are formed adjacent to the wire patterns E0, E. The variance in the grounding capacitance C1 is corrected by the area of the wire pattern E and the capacitance C2 between the wires is corrected by forming the thin strip pattern F. The sum between the section M adjacent to the fine strip pattern F and the wire pattern E and the closet section L by the wire pattern adjacent to the wire pattern E is formed to be nearly constant. Since the wire pattern E0 positioned at the end is special in comparison with other wire pattern with respect to the capacitance between wires, the pattern length at the end as to the fine strip pattern F0 is prolonged so as to avoid the speciality of the capacitance between the wire patterns.
