PURPOSE:To coat a resin on the whole surface of a material to be painted with a simple method by immersing a heated material to be painted into a vessel of fluidized resinous powder, and rotating the material. CONSTITUTION:A material 1 to be painted is previously heated to a temp. higher than the m.p. of resinous powder, an insertion supporting stem 19 of each detaining metal fitting 20 and 21 is inserted into a through-hole 26 of the side plate 25 of the material 1 to be painted and detained, and a holder member 15 is fixed to a supporting member 11 with a fixing cap screw 16. Then a crane is operated to immerse the material to be painted into fluidized resinous powder 5 in a fluidized resinous powder vessel 2, and a driving gear 13 is operated to rotate the material 1 to be painted. Accordingly, a flow of resinous powder is generated on the whole surface of the material 1 to be painted, and the resin is melted and deposited on the surface. A complete coating film of resin is formed with such a simple method.
