PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of an atomizing pump without changing fundamental characteristics and thermal stress difference by separating a body into a part for fixing a vibrating system and a part for hermetically sealing a liq. CONSTITUTION:A body 5 consists of a columnar base body, and the base body is separated into a part 51 for fixing a vibrating system and a part 52 for sealing hermetically a liq. The fixing part 51 is made of a material having an expansion coefficient almost identical with that of an electrical vibrator 1, and the material of the sealing part 52 is selected from common low-priced materials. An inexpensive and practical atomizer pump can be obtained in this way.
