PURPOSE:To execute automatically and rationally molding by providing a molding load sensor for detecting a load applied to a lever, also providing a thickness sensor for detecting a lever tip interval, and also installing a sampling means for weighing automatically a formed part. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower rolls 17, 18 are provided as pressure means in a compression molding device, and between them, an upper lever 7 and a lower lever 8 are placed. O the upper and lower levers 7, 8, a molding load sensor 23 is provided, and detects electrically a load applied to one lever of the time of compression molding. Also, the compression molding device is provided with a thickness sensor 22 for detecting a lever tip interval B between the upper lever and the lower lever 8 at the maximum pressure spot. Compression molding of a powder is controlled by a microcomputer 35, and an actual weight of a formed product is brought to a sampling measurement automatically by an automatic weighing device 27. According to this mechanism, the compression molding work is automated completely, and also the rationalization such as shortening of the operation time, etc. can be realized. |
