PURPOSE:To make the flow rate of air in the furnace constant with minimum energy and to obtain a high-quality product by detecting the temp. of hot air on the leeward of a combustor, controlling the output of a heater and the discharge of hot air to the outside of the furnace, and controlling the input of fresh air. CONSTITUTION:A temp. detector 13 is provided on the leeway of a combustor 9 in a hot-air treating chamber 4. The signal is compared with a set value by a comparator 14, and a current limiter 20 of a heater 8 is directly controlled by the output current. Or the output current of an output signal detector 16 of a motor M2 of a hot air exhauster 12 is compared with a set current 17, and then outputted to the current limiters 19 and 21 controlling a motor M1 of an air feeder 11 and a motor M3 of a hot air circulator 10. Consequently, the energy necessary for the operation of the furnace is minimized, the flow rate of air is kept constant, and a high-quality product without any unevenness in baking is obtained.
