PURPOSE:To miniaturize a communication equipment and to reduce the cost by allowing an accessory device to input specific information in applying registration specific to the communication equipment so as to remove an input means for registration from the communication equipment. CONSTITUTION:The operator sets the accessory equipment 1 to a communication equipment main body A. The end of setting is displayed on a display section 1-2 and the specific information read from a storage memory 2-2 is displayed on the display section 1-2. Then the storage memory 2-2 is cleared, the specific information is inputted by the key input of the input means 1-1 by the operator, displayed on the display section 1-2 and the said specific information is stored in the storage memory 2-2.
