PURPOSE:To reduce line setting time by collating a code transmitted from an outgoing station with a code given in advance in an incoming terminal device before an information station starts transmitting the information to the incoming terminal device in a satellite communication system or the like and transmitting the information to the incoming terminal device when the both are coincident. CONSTITUTION:An outgoing terminal device 1 transmits a call signal through an information line of an outgoing station 2. Then the outgoing station 2 requests a band required for the outgoing terminal device 1 to a line control station 3 as a signal 14. The line control station 3 informs an assigned line (time slot) to the outgoing station 2 and the incoming station 4. In this case, the reception side of the outgoing station 2 and the incoming station 4 does not use a conventional system shown in figure (a) but uses a time slot shown in figure (b), and specific codes 22-24 added to information 19-21 to be transmitted are collated with codes assigned at each prepared satellite line, and when they are coincident, the received signal is transmitted respectively to the outgoing terminal device 1 and the incoming terminal device 5.
