PURPOSE:To provide the titled copolymer which has excellent melt properties, non-extractibility and nonhygroscopicity and gives moldings having excellent appearance, by blending Al salt of an aliph. acid with a polyester block copolymer. CONSTITUTION:The titled compsn. is obtd. by blending 0.5-5pts.wt. Al salt of an aliph. acid selected from among stearic, oleic and palmitic acids with 100pts.wt. polyester block copolymer contg. at least 30mmol of terminal carboxyl groups per 1kg of polymer, composed of a high-melting crystalline segment mainly composed of an arom. polyester unit and a low-melting polymer segment mainly composed of an aliph. polyether or polyester unit. The compsn. has excellent melt properties, non-extractibility and nonhygroscopicity, gives moldings having excellent appearance and is suitable for use in producing moldings such as tubes, sheets and blow containers.
