PURPOSE:The titled composition small in a change in liquid viscosity within a lot, excellent in flexural fatigue resistance and boiling-water resistance and freed from fish eye formation and local thickening during molding, prepared by mixing a polyester block copolymer with a liquid diphenylmethane diisocyanate. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by mixing 100pts.wt. polyester block copolymer with 0.05-20pts.wt. liquid diphenylmethane diisocyanate (liquid MDI). Said liquid MDI refers to a product obtained by liquefying MDI by partial carboimidation. When compared with the case of using conventional solid MDI, the following merits can be mentioned. The dispersion of viscosity within a lot is extremely small, the flexural fatigue resistance and boiling-water resistance are excellent, and fish eye formation and local thickening caused by a change within a lot during molding can be eliminated.
