PURPOSE:To elevate the accuracy in plate stock formation with eliminating the vibration obstacles at plate passing time and with preventing the meandering of the stock by operating the function of advancing and retreating the guide roll which is touchable on the end face of the plate side in the side end face direction by a plate passing detection. CONSTITUTION:The side end face of the plate stock 2 bent by a breakdown roll 1 holds with contact with pressing down a guide roll 3 by a hydraulic piston 6 by the operation of a control device 15 by a plate passing detection 14. The plate vibration obstacle at the plate pass starting time is prevented by the retreat of the guide roll and the meandering at the plate passing time is prevented. The push down distance is in advance inputted into a roll position setter and the direction of the guide roll 3 is directed for an adequate direction by a motor 12 and gears 11, 13. |
