COMPOSITE MEMBRANE FOR SEPARATING GAS

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a composite membrane extremely high-level in both sides of separability and permeability of gas by laminating a crosslinked polymer layer excellent in gas permeability and an activated polymer layer high in gas separability on a porous supporter. CONSTITUTION:A crosslinked polymer layer excellent in gas permeability is formed by the reaction of both polyorganosiloxane having amino group and a multifunctional reagent reactive to amino group on a porous supporter having practically no separation performance. Furthermore this surface is laminated by using the material consisting essentially of a polymer high in gas separability which has >=2.5 separation coefficient of oxygen and nitrogen such as poly-4- methylpenten-1, polybutadiene and polystyrene.
