PURPOSE:To properly stop a rotor at a prescribed position by permitting a sensor to detect a dock in front of a stop position of a turret rotor caused by reverse operation thereof, switching the rotor to a control speed, and stopping a motor in a moment when the sensor is separated from the dock. CONSTITUTION:In winding, fully wound a thread on a bobbin of one winding collet, a turret rotor 1 is automatically reversed by 180 deg. for winding the thread on another bare bobbin. In reversing the motor 1, a motor 11 is rotated by powering from a motor driving power source 6 to drive the rotor 1, and in this driving for the reversing operation of the rotor with the rotor 1 approaching a stop position thereof and hence the dock 3 reaching a sensor position, a sensor 4 detects it to instruct the power source 6 to switch the rotor from ordinary speed to low speed operation via a controller 7. Thereby, the rotation of the rotor 1 is reduced and brought further to low rpm, whereby the dock 3 is separated from the sensor 4 to permit a detection signal to disappear while the motor to be stopped in a moment. In winding of the thread, self-locking of a driving system assembled into a speed reduction gear 13 is actuated to keep the rotor 1 at a prescribed position thereof. |
