The invention describes polyolefinic compounds of the general formula <IMAGE> in which R1 in each case denotes hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, R2 denotes an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, R3 denotes hydroxyl, alkoxy having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, NH2, NHR2 or NR2R2 and Z denotes a cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl or cycloalkadienyl group substituted by 0 to 5 alkyl groups, a keto group or a hydroxyl group or a phenyl group substituted by 0 to 4 hydroxyl, alkoxy, alkyl or trifluoromethyl groups or halogen atoms or combinations thereof and their pharmaceutically tolerable salts. The above compounds are effective in the treatment of psoriasis, inflammations and allergic reactions.
