摘要

PURPOSE:To form a film to a uniform thickness and to improve durability by using a seamless belt-like conductive substrate dispersed with the pulverous conductive powder formed by centrifugal molding. CONSTITUTION:The seamless belt is used for the conductive substrate 1 in the stage of providing a dielectric layer 2 on the substrate 1 and constituting an electrostatic recording body. The seamless belt is formed by using a disper sion liquid prepd. by dispersing the pulverous conductive powder into a thermo setting resin as a binder and molding centrifugally such liquid. The film is thus formed to the uniform thickness and the curability is improved as well. The utilization of the entire surface of the seamless belt as a recording surface is made possible and the size of the device is reduced.
