and being provided with a surface treatment layer containing metallic tin, metallic chromium or metallic nickel, and an organic resin covering having a total thickness (t) in the range represented by the following formula:<MathDetails id="matha03"><MathText><![CDATA[ <img id="ia03" file="imga0003.tif" wi="37" he="6" img-content="math" img-format="tif" inline="no" /> ]]></MathText></MathDetails>wherein n is 5.6 and C is 4630.

A metala or pigment having an action of improving the processability, an anti-corrosive action and a hiding action is incorporated or contained in the organic resin coating layer. This packaging material is excellent in processability, corrosion resistance, storability, appearance characteristics and safety.
