PURPOSE:To easily and quickly grasp the reserved condition for the use of all work stations in a system, by reading out a specific document in a main disk and grasping and registering the reserved condition for the use of anoptical work station. CONSTITUTION:Plural work stations (W/S) 1-10, each of which is composed of a word processor and personal computer are respectively connected with a main disk 11. A specific document (Document Identification; Specified Doc. Id.) provided with a reserved results recording column, to which each W/S can commonly make access, is provided in the storage area of the main disk 11. Then the specific document in the main disk 11 is optionally and selectively read out by the W/Ss and the reserved condition of an optional W/S is grasped and registered. Therefore, all the W/Ss of a system can be used efficiently and smoothly. |
