PURPOSE:To prevent the delamination of a silicone layer and to eliminate printing contamination, by providing an intermediate layer with a thickness of 18mum or less comprising a polymer having a specific characteristic range to the surface of a substrate and laminating a silicone layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:A water-dispersible emulsion or org. solvent solution of a polymer, which has a hydroxyl group and/or a carboxyl group and of which the Shore hardness A is 15-80 and the tensile stress is 5kg or more, or a polymer mixture is prepared and applied to a substrate by a roll coating method and the solvent is removed to form an intermediate layer a thickness of about 0.1-18mum. As the polymer for forming the intermediate layer, there is one prepared from acrylic acid or ester thereof. A silicone layer forming solution is applied onto the intermediate layer, dried and cured to laminate a silicone layer. |
