A hydraulic servo control device for the actuation of the lockup clutch of a hydrostatic transmission which comprises a variable displacement pump (4) and a hydraulic motor (5) and is connected on the input side to an internal combustion engine (1) is provided with a control valve (20) for the automatic or arbitrary engagement and disengagement of the lockup clutch, the control valve being actuatable via at least one reversing valve (11, 12). As a starting aid or for a crawler gear, the transmission (4, 5) is designed for a power output less than the maximum power output of the internal combustion engine (1), the transmission (4, 5) being short-circuitable via the control valve (20) and the lockup clutch (6) being engageable, on attainment of the preselected power output, in each case via a reversing valve (11, 12), which is connected to the control element (36, 37) of the variable displacement pump (4) and/or the hydraulic motor (5) and is acted upon by a control pulse which varies as a function of the speed of the internal combustion engine. <IMAGE> |
