PYRAZOLE DERIVATIVES,PROCESSES FOR THEIR PREPARATION AND PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS CONTAINING THESE COMPOUNDS

摘要

Special pyrazole derivatives corresponding to the general formula I which have a highly selective action on histamine-H2 receptors are described. Compared with other drugs known to be effective in their action on histamine-H2 receptors, these compounds have improved pharmacological properties. A method of preparation of these compounds is also described.
