MANUFACTURE OF VOICE COIL FOR SPEAKER

PURPOSE:To improve the heat resistance by forming an insulating layer excellent in the heat resistance to the surface of a conductor of magnet wire, and forming a resin layer using a bismuthimide resin and a triadine resin as major components to the winding part thereby utilizing a low boiling point solvent. CONSTITUTION:A magnet wire 14 is wound to the outer peripheral face of the lower part of a voice coil bobbin 13 formed cylindrically by a metal foil or a heat resistant resin film. The wire 14 is constituted by forming the heat resistance insulation layer to the surface of a conductor such as copper and forming a resin layer activated again to a low boiling point solvent such as a methylketone using the bismuthimide and triadine resin as the major component. Then the solvent reactivating resin of the same group as the resin layer of the wire 14 is applied to the winding part of the bobbin 13 and dried in the state of semi- curing to improve the bonding performance with the wire 14.
