PURPOSE:To enable a pair of rollers to be attached in even either directions without causing any failure of the couplement of a float and the roller by setting the rollers on the base in an orthogonally crossing manner at the upper and lower positions. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rollers 12a and 12b having contracted portions on their centers which are turned by two shafts 11a and 11b with a fixed aperture in parallel with each other are pivotally supported on the base 10. A pair of cylindrical rollers 14a and 14b are also pivotally supported with a fixed aperture on shafts 13a and 13b vertical to the rotary shafts of the rollers 12a and 12b on the base 10. A tube 3 is put into the upper part of the float 15 with flat tip, pulled by the other rollers, and flowed on the outside of the float 1, during which period the flat shape of the tube is corrected by the rollers 12a, 12b, 17a, and 17b. Also, the float 15 is stably supported by the rollers 14a, 14b, 19a, and 19b. |
