PURPOSE:To issue a card having a specific using purpose by using another card which becomes a key, by issuing the 2nd card by using the 1st card when the secret number of the 1st card is coincident with a key-inputted one. CONSTITUTION:A card issuing machine is composed of a controller 20, ten keys 16, function switches 15, display 12, card reader 21, card reader and printer 22, etc. The controller 20 is constituted of a CPU, ROM, and RAM and maker- side secret codes are written in the ROM at the time when this machine is completed. If the 1st card is inserted into the card issuing machine when a card is to be issued, the previously written secret code is read by the card reader 21 and coincidence between the secret code is read by the card reader 21 and coincidence between the secret code and a secret code inputted through the keys 16 is checked. When they coincide with each other, the 2nd card is issued by means of the card reader and printer 22. Namely, a card having a specific using purpose can be issued by using another card which becomes a key. |
