In order to be able to set at will the amount of product discharged during each delivery stroke of a manual piston pump, the delivery stroke is limited by a stop (206) which is fixed to the mobile member (204) of the pump and interacts with a counterstop (207) which is fixed to the fixed pump (201). The travel motion of the mobile member is set by fixing the axial distance between the counterstop and the stop determining the end of the intake stroke of the pump.
