PURPOSE:To improve the stabilities of fixability, electrostatic charge, develop ment, etc. by polymerizing monomers at least one of which is styrene and the other of which has an electron donative nitrogenous polar functional group in the presence of >=1 kinds of crosslinked styrene polymers. CONSTITUTION:>=1 Kinds of the crosslinked styrene polymers are added to >=2 kinds of the monomers at least one of which is styrene and the other of which has the electron donative or cationic nitrogenous polar functional group. The above-mentioned monomers are polymerized in the presence of such polymers to obtain a developer compsn. The crosslinked polymer includes a styrene/butadiene copolymer styrene/isoprene copolymer styrene/n-butyl acrylate copolymer, etc. polymerized by a crosslinking agent such as dividing benzene and the styrene content in the crosslinked polymer is preferably >=50wt%. |
