PURPOSE:To achieve a higher operation efficiency, by arranging equipment such as a reaction tube carrier, working base, electric furnace and weighing device and the like in a semi-circle while a robot is set at the center thereof to automatically perform works associated with the reaction process. CONSTITUTION:A reaction tube carrier 1, a reaction tube 2, a working base 3, an electric furnace 7 and a weighing device 8 are arranged in a semi-circle and a jib crane 4 is set near the working base 3. Then, a robot 9 with a mechanical hand 9a is set at the center position thereof while works necessary for the hot CO2 reaction of coke are programmed to be inputted into a control circuit of the robot 9. According to the set program, the robot 9 performs all works in place of workers enabling 24hr operation. This can increase the measuring frequency to improve working environment along with saving labor. |
