PURPOSE:To make oil supply to a clutch servomechanism swift, by a method wherein oil is supplied to a second oil path by suspending the oil supply to a torque converter from an oil pump at the time of the lower number of revolutions. CONSTITUTION:An oil pump 11 and torque converter 12 are connected in first oil paths 21a, 21b through a regulator valve 13 with each other, and the first oil path 21a on the oil pump 11 side is connected in second oil paths 22a, 22b through an inching valve 14 with a select valve 15 and further with respective servomechanisms of clutches 16, 17. As a delivery through the oil pump 11 is little and pressure is low when the number of revolutions of an engine is low, oil supply to the first oil path 21b is suspended by a regulator valve 13 and the whole of the oil is supplied to the inching valve 14 through the second oil path 22a.
