PURPOSE:A plaster having improved percutaneous absorption, obtained by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer consisting of a copolymer of (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester and vinyl pyrrolidone and indomethacin to one side of a flexible substrate. CONSTITUTION:A plaster obtained by applying a pressure-sensitive layer consisting of a copolymer containing (A) 50-99mol% (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester, and (B) 1-50mol% vinylpyrrolidone, and indomethacin as a drug to one side of a flexible substrate. The alkyl group of the component A has <=18C, but a copolymer containing >=60mol% component A of <=4C alkyl group is preferable with respect to both drug solubility and adhesivity. The content of the metharylic acid alkyl ester in the component A is <=20mol% based on total amount of it and the acrylic acid alkyl ester. The plaster will not cause precipitation of indomethacin during preservation.
