PURPOSE:To enable to take out only the parts correctly arrayed in a framework at the assembling side by distributing parts into a framework of parts pallet in array and recording the state of the array as a position data through an image recognition. CONSTITUTION:A hopper 11 and an oscillator 14 are equipped as means to distribute assembling parts 12 into parts pallets 10a, 10b with a plurality of frameworks and array in each framework. A video-camera 17 and an image processor 18 are also equipped as means to recognize the images for parts pallets 10a, 10b into which parts distributions finished and to obtain a position data of the frameworks in which parts are correctly arrayed. And this position data is introduced at the assembling side together with the parts pallets 10a, 10b. Therefore, assembling work is carried out by taking out from the parts pallets only the parts correctly arrayed in the frameworks according to the position data.
