PURPOSE:To prevent a damage to a recording surface of a disk by disabling the disk from being loaded when the surface of the disk is in a dew condensation state. CONSTITUTION:When the surface of the disk 19 to be loaded is in the dew condensation state, the resistance between connection terminals 21a and 21b led out of the detection part 20 of a lid 14 varies. Then, a case 6 is inserted into a disk loading part and when their connection terminals 21a an 21b are connected to connection terminals 16a and 16b of an abutting piece 15a, a detecting circuit 28 detects the dew condensation state of the surface of the disk 19. The detecting circuit 28 outputs a signal to a control part 29, which excites the solenoid 25 in the disk loading part 2 on the basis of the signal to draw the plunger 26, and a loading inhibition lever 22 rotates clockwise against the elastic force of a spring 24 associatively with the motion of the plunger to bring the outside edge of the inhibition part 22b into contact with a control pin 27b; and the inhibition part 22b of the inhibition lever 22 enters the course of a sliding plate 7, thereby disabling the disk 19 from being loaded. |
