PURPOSE:To obtain an address signal varying at random, by a method wherein a register is provided to latch input signals of a group of input terminals and signals for respective digits of the latched output thereof are fetched to replace the digits of bits with one another in an unspecified manner and outputs thus converted are applied to the input terminal group of a register. CONSTITUTION:A digit replacing circuit 1C changes the wiring to convert output information of a register 1A into digit information as desired and the digital signal B of the digit information obtained by replacement is added to an initial value A with an adder 1D to be inputted into a group of input terminals of the register 1A. As a latch command signal of a pulse source 2 is inputted into a latch command terminal L of the register 1A, the input signal from the adder 1D appears at an output terminal group as latch output signal. Then, the latched output signal is replaced in the digit information with the circuit 1C and a fixed value A is added thereto with the circuit 1D, the output of which is fed back to the input terminal group of the register 1A. The signal thus fed back is latched again and appears at the output terminal group. In this manner, the address signal varying at random is obtained from the the register 1A. |
